Mark your calendars! Set over five spectacular days and nights, the iconic Carlton Gardens and Royal Exhibition Building will once again be transformed into an awe-inspiring showcase of world-class design, floral artistry and creativity.
The 2026 Show highlights include:
A floral farm in the city: A vibrant urban flower garden will bloom, right at the hear of the show. Set under the grand dome of the Exhibition Building, the display honours the beauty and diversity of Australian-grown flowers.
Breathtaking show gardens: Explore show-stopping landscapes and gardens crafted by award-winning designers, including a purpose-built wedding garden that will be the backdrop of nuptials taking place during the show.
Tactile and eye-catching displays: The show comes to life across the sculpture precinct and immersive walkways, with the Indigenous Garden celebrating the lyrebird and billabongs as powerful symbols of peace, harmony and communication.
Gardens by Twilight: Back by popular demand, the gardens will transform into a sprawling twilight wonderland, with live music, fire performances and glowing installations over Friday and Saturday nights.
Unmissable experiences: Plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with workshops, demos, floral design at home, an interactive kids area, dining, drinks and stalls to shop until you drop.
The Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show is the largest horticultural celebration in the Southern Hemisphere and stands as Australia’s premier showcase of floral artistry, spectacular garden design and inspiration for green thumbs and experience fanatics alike.
