Granite Garden – Open Gardens Vic

Set on the lower slopes of Leanganook (Mount Alexander) on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, Granite Garden is a mature five-acre landscape where spectacular granite boulders form the backbone of a richly layered garden. Originally established in the early 1990s and thoughtfully reimagined by its current owners since 2020, the garden has evolved into a cohesive series of interconnected spaces linked by gently undulating paths and generous lawns.
The remarkable granite outcrops provide both structure and character, supporting an eclectic mix of native and exotic plantings that thrive in the region’s nutrient-rich granitic soils.
