Gremolly – Open Gardens Victoria

November 7, 2026 - November 8, 2026
10:00 am - 4:30 pm
$10

Set in the heart of the picturesque Kiewa Valley, Gremolly is a charming 1.7-acre family garden developed over 26 years. When the Gregg family purchased the property, there were little more than a couple of trees. Through imagination, hard work and a shared passion for gardening, the landscape has evolved into inviting spaces.
Located in Dederang, known locally as the ‘Cream of the Country’, Gremolly benefits from rich soils and reliable seasonal rainfall. It’s a family project where ingenuity and creativity feature throughout. Old concrete, gas bottles, pallets, a cement mixer bowl, concrete tank, dairy building and even a car have been repurposed as distinctive garden features. Owner Neil’s craftsmanship as a stone mason is evident in the retaining walls and other elements, while rescued roses and plants gifted by friends bring memories and stories to the garden.
Adults $10, Students $6 (with ID card)
Under 18 and students with OGV Annual Student Pass (with ID) - Free
In the spirit of reconciliation, Open Gardens Victoria acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
