A tough, low-growing plant with distinctive-tasting leaves that can be used in pickles, salad dressings and is delicious with chicken.
When to plant/sow in zone:
Requirements:
Sunny spot; protection from wind and frost; don't over feed

How to start: SEEDLING: French tarragon is grown from cuttings, division or seedlings. If growing more than one, space 45-60cm apart. Water in and mulch with straw.
How to grow: Keep on the drier side - French tarragon doesn't like to be too wet. Apply seaweed solution or liquid fertiliser fortnightly. If soil is poor, apply organic fertiliser pellets monthly.
