ABC Radio Perth Plant Swap

Are you a gardening enthusiast who wants to grow their plant collection? Do you love listening to Roots and Shoots on Saturdays with Sabrina Hahn? Then join ABC Radio Perth on Saturday, August 30 for a Plant Swap at Perth City Farm!

Simply bring along a plant you’re happy to part with and swap it for a new plant. It’s a great way to meet other passionate green thumbs!

Join Saturday Breakfast presenter Amber Cunningham with Roots and Shoots’ Sabrina Hahn as they broadcast live from Perth City Farm between 8-10am whilst the plant swap takes place. Plus, join a tour or talk to explore Perth City Farm.

Plant requirements:

• All plants must be healthy and in a good condition
• All plants need to be in Australian Standards certified potting mix
• You must bring a plant, cutting or seedling to participate in the swap
• Accepted plants include: seeds, indoor plants, herbs, vegetables, flowers and cuttings with no woody stems
• Due to current Polyphagous shot-hole borer restrictions, fruit plants and trees with woody stems greater than 2cm are not permitted
