Botanica Exhibition

Surprise and subterfuge are ubiquitous in the botanical world – think of the shape-shifting Boquila trifoliolata, which can imitate other plants – and these hidden wonders are explored in this year’s Botanica art exhibition at the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, from April 5–21. The Art of Disguise and Deception looks at the pageantry and charade in the plant world, showcasing the works of botanical artists.
