2. How do I subscribe to the e-newsletter and what will I receive?
When you subscribe, you’ll get two fantastic newsletters delivered to your inbox every month. The first one offers a sneak peek into a selection of stories from the new issue. Our second newsletter, delivered later in the month, is filled with practical advice, seasonal gardening jobs, and the latest gardening news. Don’t miss out! Sign up is quick and easy – just enter your email address on our homepage, and you’ll be all set!
3. I won a competition. When should I expect my prize?
If you win a prize, you’ll be contacted by our team via email. Please allow time for the supplier to be contacted regarding dispatch of the item. This could be a few weeks. If you still haven’t received your prize, contact us at yoursay@gardeningaustralia.com.au
4. I have a gardening related event I think could be of interest to your audience. How do I submit it on your events page?
Fill out the form via the link on our events page. Make sure to include all the necessary event details and a suitable image. Your event submission will be reviewed by the magazine team for approval. Please note, it’s not a guarantee your event will be listed.

ABC Gardening Australia magazine is published by nextmedia Pty Ltd under license from the publisher, the Australian Broadcast Corporation (ABC).

Subscriptions
1. How do I subscribe to ABC Gardening Australia magazine?
You can subscribe online anytime at MyMagazines. Or call 1300 361 146 to subscribe over the phone.
2. Can I subscribe if I live outside of Australia?
Yes, select the ‘overseas’ option in the list of prices to add to your shopping cart. When you proceed to the checkout, enter the address details for overseas delivery where specified. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.
3. When will I receive my first issue?
When subscribing, you will receive the next issue to be mailed. All deliveries are fulfilled by Australia Post. International deliveries are made via a combination of international airmail courier and local postal services. For more information regarding deliveries, click here.
If your magazine has not arrived within the timeframe indicated on your order confirmation email, then please contact Subscriber Services.
4. Can I purchase a back issue?
You can purchase a back issue from MyMagazines. Simply select the issue you’re interested in and add it to your shopping cart. If you are after a particular back issue that is not displayed, then please contact Subscriber Services to enquire.
5. What if I receive a damaged magazine or item in the post?
Let us know and we’ll replace it! Just send your delivery and order details plus a photo or scan of the damaged item to subscribe@mymagazines.com.au.
6. How is the magazine packaged?
Magazine issues are delivered wrapped in film containing EcoPure® – an organic additive that causes plastic to biodegrade in landfills.
7. Can I get a digital copy of the magazine?
Yes, a digital version of the magazine is available on the Apple app store or Zinio. Select the “digital” option in the list of prices for available links.
8. Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4 payments online. Alternatively, you can pay with American Express or Diners Club by phone click here. PayPal transactions will appear as Nextmedia Investments on your PayPal statement. For payment by cheque, bank deposit or money order, please mail your order to us click here.
